Green Roofs

Green roofs are environmentally valid and can be very beautiful.  They provide habitat and food for Birds and pollinator insects. The plants and soil catch and store rainwater, cooling the rooms below the roof.  Many kinds of indigenous and exotic plant species will grow in the green roof soil.
